Departing from Polk County, NCon the morning of November 13, this ride takes you deep into the heart of the Sand Hills State Forest, with its distinctive sand roads—some packed, others loose and a few inches deep, offering a true taste of off-road challenge.
Tour Highlights:
4 Days of Riding – From rugged forest terrain to the Atlantic coastline
Day 1 - Depart from the NC/SC border and ride a combination of country paved back roads with gravel, dirt, and sand roads mixed in on the SCAR northeast alternate route. The afternoon of day one will include some sand roads in Sand Hills State Forest before arriving at camp.
Day 2, Beach Ride-In – from Chesterfield County to Folly beach via the SCAR Route, with unforgettable views and an evening of well-earned relaxation
Day 3, Ride from the coast up to the Manchester State Forest via the SCAR Route, arrive at camp
Day 4, Depart Manchester State Forest and ride back North on the Famous SCAR segment 1
3 Nights of Adventure – Camp under the stars on nights 1 & 3, and enjoy comfortable beach accommodations night 2
Group Dinners Included – Enjoy dinner with the group on the first three nights (breakfast and lunch on the road, not included)
