This 3-day adventure hits the highlights of one of the Southeast’s most iconic ADV routes — the Smokey Mountain 500. Starting and ending near our base in Mill Spring, NC, this looped route winds through the Southern Appalachian Mountains, crossing Western North Carolina, North Georgia, and East Tennessee. Expect an incredible mix of gravel forest roads, creek crossings, remote mountain passes, and twisty blacktop.
Led by experienced local guides, this tour is designed for intermediate to advanced riders who want to experience the best of the backcountry without worrying about logistics. From morning coffees in the misty mountains to group dinners around the fire, the SM500 packs in everything we love about riding in the Southeast.
